Medical & Insurance
It
is advisable for the hunter to be in reasonable
good physical condition. It is recommended that
the hunter bring any medication of personal
nature with them. All our hunting vehicles do
have first aid kits. Hunters must arrange fot
their own medical, evacuation, travel and
accident insurance as we do not accept any
liability for personal injuries or damage to
equipment.
We will advise the hunter if we do hunt in
MALARIA AREA and additional medication is
required.

TERMS OF BUSINESS
A deposit of 50% of the daily rates is required
upon booking a hunt.
The outstanding amount is payable at the
completion of the hunt.
Cash & traveler's cheques are accepted.
No personal cheques will be accepted.

Firearms
-
Minimum of .375 H & H is required for
Dangerous Game.
-
Maximum of 100 rounds of each caliber may be
imported.
-
No Semi, Full Automatic firearms may be
imported.
-
No .22 Rimfire Arms may be imported.
-
A SAPS 520 form must be completed before
arrival at South African Airport Customs,
which is supplied by Nkwe Amalgamated
Safaris.
-
An Invitation Letter will be submitted by
Nkwe Amalgamated Safaris to the client
before arrival.
-
Full name, Address, Date of birth,
Profession, Passport number, Passport expiry
date, Make of firearm, Caliber, Serial
number of firearm to be imported must be
furnished well in advance to allow Nkwe
Amalgamated Safaris to arrange the SAPS 520,
temporary import / export permits to be
issued for the firearms.

Firearms may be rented from Nkwe Amalgamated
Safaris at a reasonable fee.
